Kids love this after school time of free play with their friends, a snack, large group game, a Christian story book time, and then small group breakout time where they work on a memory verse, or do a craft, or other project to help them learn that weeks Bible verse.  STOMP is our kids choir and they practice the last 10 minutes after Blast (from 4:50-5pm).  Kids do not have to do both, but most do.
